History of School
Daya Sumitra Educational Society is a 80 G, non for profit society that provides education, medical aid and socio-economic care to the underprivileged. The organization is named after the son of (Late) Pandit Vishwanath Tiwari, Nephew of (Late) Prabhunath Tiwari and dear departed parents of Dr. Vijay Prakash Tiwari, MD FACP and Mr. Vinay Prakash Tiwari - (Late) Shri Daya Shanker Tiwari and (Late) Shrimati Sumitra Tiwari.

DSET Public School was founded by Daya Sumitra Educational Society, led by Vinay Prakash Tiwari, an educationist with a vision to provide quality education to the children of the region.
The initial campus was a modest two-story building in a suburban area, with a student body of 150 and a teaching staff of 10.
The school offered classes from Kindergarten to Grade 5 and quickly gained a reputation for its dedication to academic excellence and moral education.

New facilities included science laboratories, a computer lab, a library, and a multi-purpose auditorium.

DSET Public School had grown significantly, both in infrastructure and student population, now serving over 1,000 students.
The school began offering variety of streams including Science, Commerce, and Humanities.
