  • Primary and Middle Levels (Classes I-VIII)
    • The CCE system assesses students continuously throughout the academic year using formative and summative assessments.
    • Formative Assessments (FA): These include quizzes, assignments, projects, oral tests, and class participation. They are conducted periodically to assess students' ongoing progress.
    • Summative Assessments (SA): These are end-of-term exams conducted twice a year, covering the entire syllabus taught during the term.

Secondary Level (Classes IX-X)
  • Internal Assessments:
    • Periodic Tests (PT): These are short tests conducted periodically to assess students' understanding of specific topics.
    • Notebook Submission: Evaluation of students' regularity, assignment completion, and classwork.
    • Subject Enrichment Activities: Activities such as practicals, projects, and oral presentations designed to enhance understanding of the subjects.
  • Board Exams:
    • Class X Board Exam: Conducted by CBSE at the end of Class X. This is a significant milestone, and the results are critical for higher secondary education admissions.
    • Assessment Areas: English, Hindi, Mathematics, Science, and Social Science are assessed through written exams. Internal assessments contribute to the final grades.
